Return/Refund Policy   

No returns or refunds on pattern packets or books. Please contact us if you have specific questions.

Payment Methods/Secure Shopping

We accept many types of payments including: Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Personal checks, money orders, and International Postal Money Orders are not accepted for online purchasing. Orders are payable in US funds only, and are sent upon receipt of payment. Prices, product availability and terms are subject to change without notice.

International Orders /Shipping

We gladly accept orders from most international locations. We accept payment via credit card only for online shopping. Our main method of international shipping will be USPS: Please be advised that we are unable to offer insurance for USPS shipments and we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. All other policies apply to domestic and international shipments.

All orders are shipped complete and customs duties and taxes are separate charges and are the responsibility of the recipient.

All foreign shipments are subject to the restrictions and regulations of your country.
