While this fruit basket design is painted on an old roofing slate (approximately 11" x 15") the design can easily be adapted to any surface, size, shape.   I used a wave brush to work the basket, but you could also get that same technique with a comb or rake brush, as well.  I have this exact piece on the front of my house, welcoming students and guests.  Acrylic instruction, full size line drawing, 2 color photos, intermediate level
